Please note: IF CANCELLED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR RENTAL DATE NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
If for any reason you need to reschedule your rental you may be able to reschedule if you reschedule at least 7 days prior to the rental date plus a rescheduling fee of $30, depending on the availability.
No refunds for any rentals once rental has been delivered or picked up
In the event of a "No Call/No Show" all deposits are forfeited and no refunds will be issued.
If for any reason you have to cancel your rental, if you cancel with at least 7 days prior to the rental date, you can expect a refund(minus a 50% cancelation fee) in the same form of payment used for purchase within 30 days of receiving your cancelation request. If cancelled within 7 days of your rental date no refund will be issued.
Please note: Rescheduling may be denied for any reason by TrimEZE.
Any machine returned after the scheduled pick-up or drop-off time will incur a $100 late fee + an additional $50 for every hour after.
If your machine is not returned by the end of the day you will be charged an additional day charge of $275 plus any accrued late fees
If for some reason the product doesn't meet your needs we offer a 30 day return policy on all UNUSED Products:
All returns must have an Invoice included. If you lose your invoice contact us via email or phone. Trimeze will refuse any returns that appear to be used, containing any plant matter, without a packing slip and invoice included.
Repack the product in its original materials. All products must be returned in new condition (never been used with plants), in original boxes (if applicable), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to receive a refund.
Make sure to Print a Return label and place it on the outside of the box; do not include any other markings or text on the package. Ship all returns prepaid and Insured through the carrier of your choice. All return shipping charges must be prepaid at the shippers cost. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We DO NOT offer returns on Accessories or Extractors.
